FAQWhere do you work?
We are based in Barcelona and work across Catalonia: we come to your venue, whether it is a home, an estate, a studio or a warehouse. We have cooked in Peralada, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Sant Feliu de Buixalleu and Girona.
What does a catering quote include?
Every proposal is tailored and lists what is included: food, drinks, front-of-house and kitchen staff, equipment, set-up and transport. Prices for individuals include VAT; for companies, VAT is added. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply to every enquiry within 48 working hours. Tell us the date, the venue, how many guests and what you have in mind, and we will prepare a proposal.
How do I book a date?
Your date is booked once you accept the quote in writing (an email is enough) and pay a 50 % deposit. The remaining 50 % is paid before the event, by bank transfer.
When do I need to confirm guest numbers?
No later than 15 days before the event. That number is the minimum we invoice, even if fewer people attend.
Can you adapt the menu to allergies and special diets?
Yes. We have information on the 14 allergens for every dish and prepare vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free alternatives. Let us know no later than 15 days before. All allergens are handled in our kitchen, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 30 days before, we refund the deposit. Between 30 and 8 days before, the deposit is not refunded. With 7 days or less, 20 % of the outstanding amount is also due. Date changes are considered case by case.
